Mutton Korma
Mutton Korma
Ingredients: Serves 4 People
- 1 kg Goat/lamb/beef curry pieces (preferably with bones)
- 1 Pack BombaySpices MUTTON KORMA
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 large onions chopped (preferably red onions)
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ cup oil to cook
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker/ pan.
- Add the onions and sauté until light pink.
- Now add the meat and ginger garlic paste.
- Sauté on high flame for 2 minutes. Add salt.
- Lower the heat and cook meat until it’s almost done (I used a pressure cooker for 20 minutes)
- Add the spice mix in the yogurt and add it to the meat and simmer it on low heat for 5-7 minutes
- Add fresh cream or ghee (optional).
- Simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with naan, rice or roti.
