Do Pyaaza
Ingredients: Serves 4-6
- 1 Kg Lamb or Beef
- 1 Pack BombaySpices DO PYAAZA Mix
- 700 gms Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a crockpot/ slow cooker / electric cooker add all the ingredients and cook until done. (I used an electric cooker and used the slow cook option for 3 hours).
- Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
