Malai Korma Spice Mix
Malai Korma
Ingredients: Serves 4-6
- 1 Kg Chicken (You can use with or without bones)
- 3 Large onions finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 Pack BombaySpices MALAI KORMA MASALA
- 1/4 tsp BombaySpices TURMERIC POWDER
- 2-3 tbsp fresh cream
- 3/4 Cup oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until pink.
- Now add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken and salt and sauté until the chicken changes color (it should take around 10 minutes).
- Transfer the spice mix in a bowl and make a thick paste.
- Now add this spice mix paste to the chicken and combine well.
- Cover and cook the chicken until it’s done.
- Lastly, add fresh cream and simmer for around 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
