Korma Masala
Ingredients: Serves 4-5 People
- 1 Kg Chicken (with or without bones)
- 3-4 onions finely chopped (preferably red onions)
- 1 Pack BombaySpices KORMA MASALA
- 1/4 tsp BombaySpices TURMERIC POWDER
- 1 Cup Greek yogurt (whisked with no lumps)
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2-3 tbsp fresh cream
- 3/4 Cup oil
Method:
- Whisk the yogurt , Add 1 Pack BombaySpices KORMA MASALA , along with turmeric , salt and chicken. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a thick bottom pan.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until dark pink.
- Now add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated chicken.
- Cover and cook until the chicken is tender and done.
- Lastly, add fresh cream and simmer for 5 minutes or until a bubble appears.
- Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
